The materials often developed in collaboration with future users are manufactured in accordance with specifications written by Jehier or its customers.

The main advantages offered by these materials are: emissivity, low thermal conductivity, low degassing, light weight and mechanical stability. The aluminized and reinforced films, the adhesive tapes, the coated fabrics, the foams and other complex materials manufactured by Jehier are supplied in rolls or panels.

These materials are used in the manufacture of MLI blankets for medical scanners and cryogenic tanks.
